Relax in the daylight-filled main floor of this home located on a peaceful, residential cul-de-sac. Large windows bring in light even on Seattle's gloomiest days. You will love relaxing, entertaining, and watching sunsets from your home, the deck, and the front yard, all with westerly territorial views of Puget Sound. Spacious living room with wood-burning fireplace, dining room (which could be used as den or family room), kitchen, and two bedrooms. Unit is heated and cooled by a heat pump. The unit has its own washer and dryer. Home is conveniently located near Metro, library, Carkeek Park, Interurban Trail, and stores with easy access to Highway 99, and I-5 for commuting. 12 month lease. No pets. No smoking. Income 3x minimum--Employment will be verified. Positive landlord references. Minimum credit score 700. Tenant(s) must maintain renters' insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability. All adults (18 and older) must be on the lease, fill out an application, and pay $45 RHAWA nonrefundable screening fee for Seattle Premium package. Fees due at signing are first and last month's rent + $2000 security deposit. (Please refer to City of Seattle Ordinance 125222 for payment installment options.) All tenant criteria will be sent to you when you request information or a tour. Tenant pays $200 monthly flat fee for garbage, water, sewer, electricity, which covers cost of lights, heating, and cooling, and yard maintenance. Tenant is responsible for TV, internet, and phone hookups/monthly charges. No surprise bills! We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports.
