The management team is professional, assertive and super friendly. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. The move-in process was easy and stress-free. The rooftop view is amazing! The apartment has new, modern appliances and plenty of storage space. I looked at a lot of places before moving to Seattle and there is no doubt that Mio was the best choice.

Mio is my first apartment in Seattle. My living experience in the past six months has been very good. The apartment is clean, with all the facilities and convenient transportation. Although I need to move closer to my school for other reasons, I will recommend it to my friends, and Demi is extremely helpful.
