Hello, I have a beautiful 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse at The Louisa right in the middle of the pearl district. The price for my unit is very low because of the time of year I signed the lease. I have 4 months left on the lease which you would take over and then you will have the option to renew the lease with the leasing office. Unfortunately I have to move out of state for work and need to find someone to take over the lease. My stay at the Louisa has been nothing more than amazing, the staff and neighbors are awesome!
