Pros: washer and dryer included in rent. Nice neighbors. Dog friendly. New amenities. Cons: Every vacancy gets turned into an AirBnB, meaning strangers who have trouble with the gate, partying, leaving trash everywhere, destructing personal property. Parking is first-come, so you probably have to park on the street late at night. Management comes every month to clean the A/C, very common to get only a few days' notice. Emails to management do not get a response.
