Not sure why this place has bad reviews.. I’ve been living here 2 months and it’s exactly what you’d expect of living in the best location on the Eastside, with easy access to west. I’ve yet to see a homeless person on the property, and hardly do I see them outside of the building on 5th. The wall insulation is solid, since I never hear my neighbors (only slight footsteps above my unit). Gym is open 24 hours, No dog breed restrictions, trash chute instead of a limited “service” Surely sounds like a lot of complainers who have left bad reviews.. Leasing office is sometimes hard to contact via phone, you just need to email instead. Shout out to Tim, he’s my guy!

Have loved my experience living here. The property is well maintained, the amenities are great (especially the pools and gyms), the staff and maintenance team are friendly and attentive, and you can't ask for a better location in Austin. Everything you need is within walking distance.
