I have loved living here. The best part of this apartment is the location, location, location. It is so close to the airport, metro, freeway, pentagon and more shops that you could ever need. Whole food is directly across the street and Costco is the block over. I walk to my Dr appointment in the Crystal City mall and walk over to Fashion Center at Pentagon City. I take the dog to Long Bridge Park and ride my bike on the Mt Vernon trail. If you have a car, freeway access to Hwy1 and I-395 is ridiculous easy. Please visit maps. google and put in 1201 S Eads and explore! The best part of this apartment is the location. Note: While we are on first floor, there are 7-8 stairs in the lobby to get up to the floor. This apartment is not wheelchair accessible. This apt does not have a balcony or porch. WHY THE FAST MOVE? Our lease expires July 27, 2020, and we planned planning to return to Utah after my husband’s contract ended. However, the contract ended a bit earlier than expected and COVID-19 hit all of us. The current situation has inspired us to move NOW.
