Located just off of Oak Square this huge 3 bed 1 bath is available for 9/1. There is hardwood throughout, extra-height ceilings, large bedrooms, a dedicated dining room, an eat-in kitchen, and an updated bathroom. Upon entering youll see the spacious living and dining space which is perfect for entertaining or as an extra work from home space. Opposite the common spaces are the three bedrooms. Each feature large windows, closets, and plenty of space for your furniture. In the back of the unit is the kitchen with room for a dining table and a pantry. Laundry is located downstairs (not coin-op), there is also plenty of storage space. Behind the house is a shared backyard. There is free street parking without a permit. It is just a few minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Oak Square, as well as the 57 Bus. i90 is just down the street, a commuters dream! Tenants are responsible for gas (stove), electricity, and oil (heat). Free laundry and storage in basement.
