I don’t have many people in and out, so the space is very quite, as is the building (I’ve been living here for 6 years.) I am VERY clean and tidy and that is one of the main things I am looking for in a roommate. Nothing is ever left out, dishes are always washed and put away and everything is always picked up. The townhouse backs up to the 170, making it great to jump on the freeway. You can get to Hollywood in 10 minutes and 25 with traffic. The living room area is extremely spacious. The bedroom is on the top floor with its own bathroom and private entrance to the room. The spare room/office is located downstairs with a hallway closet directly across the hall, which you will have as well. There is also a half bath located on the first floor. I have a personal trainer as well, aka my 1 year old toy Australian Shepherd that usually stays in my bedroom during the day. She basically demands very long hikes, haha. :) She's the best and a absolute sweetheart and very well mannered (doesn’t bark). **What I am Looking For** Someone who's financially stable that pays bills on time and is career focused Someone who is around the same age as myself (late twenties, early thirties) VERY clean and help to keep common areas clean is an absolute must Non-smoker/weed- This would be a HUGE issue for me. Able to pass a background check/credit check Drama free, mature Quiet and very respectful Females only No pets No live in boyfriends/friends please.
