This 4 bedroom 2 bath located on a quiet cul-de-sac. This home has hardwood floors throughout most of the main level. The kitchen has updated appliances, gas range and large fridge. The kitchen also had an eat in area that open up to the large fenced backyard. 2 bedrooms located on one side of the house and larger bedroom located on the other side of the home. Partially finished basement with second family room, second bathroom and 4th bedroom. Pets welcome with a $500 non refundable pet fee and an additional $25 a month per pet. Sorry we do not accept section 8 or voucher. 4 bedroom South KC home
