Off the kitchen is a large family room/bedroom with lots of windows. There is also a formal living room with a fireplace at the front of the house. washer and dryer are provided in unit. This unit is a side by side duplex but only shares the laundry wall so it feels like a historic single family home. Water and lawn care is included in rent (about a $100 value)
