Great Large 3BR 2.5bath in East Nashville Inglewood area. Convenient to everything and 2 blocks from Kroger and really close to the new ML Rose development as well as Riverside Village. Fenced in rear yard. Lots of space in this house to spread out. The master bedroom has wood floors and a full bathroom. Large kitchen with dishwasher and eat in area. Off the kitchen is a large family room/bedroom with lots of windows. There is also a formal living room with a fireplace at the front of the house. washer and dryer are provided in unit. This unit is a side by side duplex but only shares the laundry wall so it feels like a historic single family home. Water and lawn care is included in rent (about a $100 value)
