This is a short term, 3 month - June 10 - Aug 31 rental. Fully furnished, including washer and dryer, with all utilities included, as well as house cleaning once a month. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms. Garage will be mostly full with our stuff. 2 cars can fit in driveway. Del Sol is a family friendly small association with a beautiful park including exercise equipment, as well as a pool and jacuzzi. Looking for someone who will enjoy and take care of our home for 3 months while we are away. This is a very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Excellent location, walking distance to South Coast Plaza, IKEA, and many other stores. 15 minutes to many beach’s including beautiful Newport, Huntington and Corona Del Mar, 25 mins to Laguna. Absolutely no parties, no events, and no smoking. Looking for responsible, respectful, and clean tenant for this short term 3 month lease. Will be adding more pictures soon.
