I've been a resident here for about a month now - and I'd like to say it's one of the best experiences I've had. The staff are friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. I had a small access glitch on my move-in day - and both the maintenance and leasing team came immediately after hours to resolve the issue. That's a level of service that's unprecedented in the industry. The buildings are impeccably maintained - the property is beautiful with every amenity I could ask for. I commute to Costa Mesa weekly for business (this is my second home) and I have to say it's been a terrific experience. Top notch all the way around. Try calling ANY of the neighboring properties and notice they don't answer their phones - these guys are really focused on their residents. :) -jon

I lived at this property and really enjoyed my stay there. Melissa at the leasing office was very helpful and always ready to assist. She made the move-out process really easy for me! Sal the maintenance supervisor was very helpful too. He responds quickly to any request with a smile on his face.
