It's a must to see this cottage in person to know if it is your cup of tea! The floor plan is a little strange but has tons of potential for the creative person. Just bring your imagination and creative energy to this sweet blue cottage. The main floor offers a spacious bedroom with two additional large loft bedrooms upstairs, complete with classic built in cubbys, drawers and secret spaces. There is one bathroom on the main floor so keep that in mind. The laundry room is probably the biggest room of all and could work perfectly for a home office of craft/creative space. The home is sunny and bright and it doesn't hurt to have views of the Cascade Mountains and Puget Sound. The huge .60 acre lot is flat and open to allow for all day sunshine. Mostly fenced with a ready made above ground garden space to grow your own fresh herbs or tomatoes. Don't worry the landscaping is included with rent so just enjoy the outside. The detached garage is a little unsteady so best for extra storage only, no parking inside. Enjoy your morning walk to Bay Hay and Feed and Old Fashioned General Store, grab a latte and make your way to Manitou Beach for a nice long stroll.
