Commuting to Burbank, Toluca Lake, and Studio City is incredibly easy (10-15 minutes). Commuting out of the Valley to, say, Viacom / Netflix / Technicolor / etc. is only 25-30 minutes during morning rush hour. Easy commute to the many animation studios in the area (especially Bento Box). Short walking distance from the North Hollywood Metro Station, which is a hub for both buses and the subway (that's what I take to work!). The Orange Line connects to this station and can make getting to LA Valley College a breeze. NYFA students will also find this location excellent for their needs. Dance studios are all over the place. During the daytime, you can explore a stretch of eclectic antique stores nearby. At nighttime, you can beat the crowd at Dave's Hot Chicken before heading to one of the many comedy clubs in the area. Groceries are very convenient and you have your choice of everything from Costco (2 of them!) to Target to 99 Ranch within a very reasonable drive or Uber. Parking (tandem), internet, and utilities are included. The room is currently unfurnished but, if needed, we can furnish your room through CasaOne or a similar service (let's discuss!). All of the fittings in my condo are high-end (Hunter Douglas window shades, Bosch appliances, Toto toilets, etc.). I am offering up the master suite, which includes a gorgeous waterfall shower and a walk-in closet with built-in organization. The complex itself has recently been updated with additional security features, such as additional gated entry and fob access. There is a small fitness room on-site as well. My home is really worth an in-person or Facetime tour! I am happy to do showings during the evenings and weekends (please send me a note!). All of the bedroom / bath photos shown in the photos are of your specific room. As you can see, the ceilings in this top-floor condo are very high!
