You have stable income and are a good respectful communicator: you can address issues and offer solutions without either being rude or passive-aggressive. You keep up with house chores, understand the typical rental process, and take your sublease seriously. You readily offer a smile, have basic manners, and agree that positive energy in a shared environment keeps the space healthy and everyone happy. :) IMPORTANT: this is a drug-free, smoke-free and drama-free home. I have a two bedroom 1 bathroom basement available starting November 1st. This is a shared sublease. It has a separate entrance, a middle room that could be used as a living room or office space and an extra small storage room. Kitchen and laundry spaces will be shared. There is plenty of street parking. Important: this is a drug-free, smoke-free and drama-free home. Sorry but pets and weapons are not permitted. To offer some levels of privacy, one housemate's guests will not be permitted in the other housemates's floor. The house: it has double-pane windows and central forced air heat which keeps both levels very warm in the winter. We have a huge backyard and back deck. It is in a quiet neighborhood called Lakeridge near Upper Rainier Beach - just a few blocks from hiking trails (Lakeridge Park), bus line (106) that run all the way to downtown, 10 mins from Boeing, 15 minutes (or less) from SeaTac Airport, and ~18min to South Seattle College.
