Perhaps it is an influence of the large back yard that gives this unit give the feeling of being in a cottage. It is really nice space. There is a large open floor plan on the first level that allows the kitchen to flow into the dining and living area. There is also a separate study/bedroom, a half bathroom, and a deck off the kitchen. The third floor, i.e. second level, also enjoys an open space, but also has a separate bedroom and very large bathroom that takes up the width of the house. It has a washer and dryer in it.
