Chatsworth, CA (part of San Fernando Valley) is well known for the ranches and horses in the area since the late 1960's and renown for residences of famous actors. Its what we like to call the "old school Calabasas area of the valley." This community offers easy access to the 118 and 405 freeway, leading you to Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, Canoga Park, Northridge, Simi Valley, Hollywood and all of Los Angeles. And about a 30-minute drive to the well renown Magic Mountain and about an hour from the beautiful beach of Malibu and Topanga. We have fine dining within a 3-5-mile distance and amazing night life, along with nightlife activities or a day of fun. Lemarsh Gardens is in the middle of two major malls and stores ranging from Walmart, Target, Macy's, Nordstrom's, Neiman Marcus and many upscale boutiques along with quaint "ma-and-pa" stores. Not to mention, the many different grocery stores in the area, from Ralph's, Vons, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. There is a newly developed shopping center less than two miles a way that is coming soon, offering a new AMC Theater, Nordstrom's Rack and so much more.
