I have lived here for about a year and renewed my lease, the management staff has been helpful, polite, and friendly! Maintenance has answered any calls speedily and I have not had any of the same problems twice due to their fixing. Personally if you’re looking for a place to live in Grand Rapids I would recommend this place :)
