I have lived here for about a year and renewed my lease, the management staff has been helpful, polite, and friendly! I feel safe where I’m at, especially coming from a small town to this big city it’s nerve-racking, but here I’ve felt nothing but welcome and support. Maintenance has answered any calls speedily and I have not had any of the same problems twice due to their fixing. Personally if you’re looking for a place to live in Grand Rapids I would recommend this place :)
