I have decided once again to renew my lease with The orchards at Four Mile. I appreciate everyone at this locations hard work. Staff follows up regularly with all concerns and maintenance is always quick to address an issue. They keep us plowed out, salted, and the grounds looking great no matter the season. I also have always felt safe here! I would recommend this complex to everyone!

I’ve enjoyed my time living in this apartment. I like being able to watch the sunrise from my bedroom window and get sunshine during the morning. The living room is spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. The location is very convenient when you need to run errands - it's less than 5min away from any store. Another important point is the people that work here. The maintenance requests are promptly addressed by the friendly and professional staff. It's good to know that if you have any problem you can trust that I'd be solve.
