The maintenance crew here is great! Specifically, I want to commend Isaiah and Andrew for their work today. Our furnace wasn’t turning on, so I submitted a work order and they showed up soon after ready to go with smiles on their faces. They were knowledgeable, and made quick work of the issues they found and soon after they had arrived they were leaving me with everything working well! They were very professional and friendly, made me feel like they cared about the problem we had and followed through quickly.

Definitely pleased with how things have turned out here at Aspen Lakes. Craig, the maintenance guy, is so awesome! And Ashley, regional manager, is just as great! Thank you Craig and Ashley for being amazing at what you do! If you're looking for a place where maintenance is great with communication and making sure a job gets done right (and done right the first time) this is definitely the place to go! Or if you are looking for a place where communication is easy with some management, this is definitely the place. I get to wake up every morning to a beautiful lake and am surrounded by nature. I love the new walking path they put in around the lake- definitely a place where it is definitely starting to feel like home. ♥ I would recommend Aspen Lakes to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and overall great place to live in general.
