Unfurnished large size bedroom with private bathroom and month to month lease available in nice Pasadena townhouse. This townhouse is in a great location, it is just a 2 block walk to lots of great shopping and restaurants on South Lake!! Old Town is about a mile away. It is just a couple blocks away from Cal Tech and Pasadena City College. There is very quick access to the 110, 134, and 210 freeways, and the gold line station (Lake Ave Station) is only a half mile walk. Trader Joes or LA Fitness are just a 2 block walk. It is also a short drive away from the Pasadena Arts School and Cal State LA. The entire townhouse is 3 stories and has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and 1340 sf. Each room has its own bathroom and there is also a half bathroom on the first floor. The available room is on the 2nd floor and it is unfurnished and has its own private bathroom. You will be sharing the townhouse a 40 year old guy who works for LA County as a traffic engineer and a mid 30s guy who also works for LA County in IT. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, large refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, and dishwasher in the unit. The front door has a smart lock so you do not need to carry keys around. There is central heat and A/C throughout the unit. Some other relevant info about the townhouse: Available: The room is available for immediate move in. Rent: 1,300, but if you pay in cash, I can offer you a discounted rate of $1,250. Deposit: $1,300. Private bathroom. Lease: Month to month, no long term commitment required, move out anytime with 30 days notice. Utilities: All utilities including high speed wireless internet, Spectrum TV, Netflix, and Paramount+ are included in the price. Furniture: The bedroom is unfurnished and the common areas will be furnished. If you need the bedroom furnished, we may be able to work something out. Pets: No pets are being accepted at this time. Parking: A dedicated parking space is available for an additional $75 per month if desired. You sign the lease for just your room and never have to worry about finding other roommates or finding someone to take your room. Your move out date is flexible, but some of the previous tenants stayed in their rooms for as long as 7 years! This is an ideal lease for the right person. You are renting from an individual owner and not a corporation so you can expect a higher level of customer service. I have also given back full security deposits to nearly every renter I have ever had in over 15 years as a landlord. You must be easy to get along with, respectful of other tenants, be willing to keep the place clean, and have a steady source of income. You must also be willing to be courteous to the other tenants and keep the common areas clean. Please note that if you are interested in the room, you will have to complete a rental application and pay $40, which will be used for a tenant screening service. If you are approved, then you will have to pay the deposit to reserve the room. You will also be required to sign up for renter's insurance before you move in.
