The open living room is equipped with a Smart TV and plush seating. Prepare meals in the gourmet stainless steel kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter seating. One bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a modern tiled shower. Enjoy outdoor living on the charming deck and patio. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located within the apartment. Off-street parking is available for an additional fee and garage parking is available. Dorchester, once its own city, is now Boston's largest and most diverse neighborhood, offering a wide variety of global cuisines along Dorchester Avenue. The home is near Savin Hill, and the nearby Red Line subway provides convenient access to downtown Boston and across the river to Cambridge. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, including the patio, yard, and garage. A minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages will be charged if violated. Events and parties are not allowed. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50/hour fee or one additional night. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight, and the maximum occupancy is strict and includes children/infants. Violation of the no-parties or no-events policy will result in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Pets are allowed with prior written approval and a pet fee paid; unapproved pets will incur a $250 fee plus any cleaning/damage costs. Service animals are welcome per applicable law. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days. Longer stays may have a reasonable usage cap; overages will be billed at cost.
