Two off-street parking spaces are available for a monthly fee, and there is also free, on-street, non-metered parking near the residence. Transportation to and from this unit is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and interstate highways, and all units are located within walking distance to the Boston T (subway) system. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, including the patio, yard, and garage, with a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. Parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use are not allowed, and violation results in immediate termination without refund plus up to a $1,000 fee.
