Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the patio, yard, and garage, with a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. No parties, events, gatherings, photo shoots, or commercial use are permitted, and violation results in immediate termination without refund and up to a $1,000 fee. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50/hour fee or one additional night. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight, and the maximum occupancy is strict. No candles, incense, or open flames are allowed anywhere on the property. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days, with potential overages billed at cost for longer stays.
