Spacious two bedroom condo with great views, washer/dryer, gas range and walk in closets. All utilities included less google fiber internet/cable ($30 per month). Privately owned and professionally managed. Concierge, 24 hour security, work out facility, additional private storage, fitness center, sauna, indoor pool, and theater. Centrally located with easy walkability to Power and Light and the Rivermarket and highway access. 12 month - 24 month lease available. Security deposit is one months rent, plus a $500 move in fee. Two covered garage spaces. Dogs welcome with restrictions. $250 non refundable pet fee and an additional $25/mo per pet.
