Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning & sanitation fee. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery with the guest responsible for shipping costs plus a $30 fee (domestic shipping only). If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count, please contact the host immediately. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee.
