Guests have access to the fitness center, sauna, and the seasonal pool. Parking is available via street parking. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Only dogs are permitted to stay at pet-friendly properties after approval. A one-pet-per-apartment limit is enforced.
