Everything you need to call this "small but mighty" space home. As you drive on the property you will see this studio is very privately situated at the back of the property. Parking is plenty, and your space is reserved, covered under a carport (but there is room for additional vehicles). Although not fully fenced, the yard is very shaded and the view is a green screen between you and neighboring homes. Peaceful and secluded - you hardly feel like you are less than 7 miles to downtown. Lease length is a minimum of 9 months, however we have options! If you would prefer to have us remove the furnishings and rent the space unfurnished, that is also an option. We would also entertain a 12 month lease. Lawn and landscaping included. If you are bringing a household pet this property is friendly and negotiable with $35 per month pet rent and $350 pet fee (one time non refundable). Application fee $70 per adult.
