This property puts you just minutes from major points of interest: Wynwood, just 15 minutes away, the Miami Design District, approximately 12 minutes, and Brickell, about 25 minutes. Additionally, Miami International Airport is only 16 minutes away. If you prefer a day at the beach, North Beach is only a 15-minute drive away. Or if you're looking for some peace and quiet in the middle of nature, Morningside Park is just 11 minutes away. There is a bus stop on Biscayne Blvd or you can use transportation platforms such as Uber and Lyft. Smoking is not allowed inside, as it may lead to a fine. Avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours in advance; please note that this will incur an additional cost.
