Feel at home in this Houston townhouse, located approximately 15 minutes away from NRG Stadium in the highly desired Maplewood neighborhood. Designed for comfort, convenience, and entertainment, this home features bright and cozy bedrooms, a modern open kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. The living room offers cozy sofas and modern décor, while the full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island. The dining area is bright and airy with a view of the fenced backyard. Dogs are welcome with a maximum of two dogs per stay, and each dog must weigh 20 pounds or less. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog, per stay applies. An additional nightly rate of USD 39 per night applies for each guest exceeding the first 6 guests. You’ll be close to the Texas Medical Center, Galleria, and plenty of shopping and dining. The property is easily accessible by car. Only registered guests are allowed. No smoking is allowed indoors, and violation incurs a $500 USD fine. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars, which record 24/7. Cats are strictly not allowed. Failure to report pets will result in a $400 penalty. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. No street parking allowed. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. House-trained pets are allowed with a $150 USD fee per pet per stay, which is added to the reservation. The number of pets you bring with you must be previously discussed and authorized by us.
