The kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker, and a full washer and dryer are included in the unit. Enjoy complimentary signature coffee drinks in the lobby and access to two large resort-style swimming pools and a full-size fitness center. Gated community parking is available, and pets are welcome. Live cable TV is provided, with streaming apps available. Conveniently located in a great area surrounded by fantastic restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and some of Tampa Bay's best hospitals. It's close to everything, including parks and great restaurants. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping) is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 fine will be charged. Background screening is required prior to occupation, with no fee. Felonies of any kind will be denied. Cats and dogs are allowed with restrictions on breed and a 2-pet limit. Inquire about pet fees, which depend on the length of stay. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and guests must be notified 24 hours in advance if checking in after 6 PM. Guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in.
