Pets/animals must be walked in designated pet/animal areas (if provided) or off the Community Property. Resident is responsible for immediate and proper cleaning up after and disposal of waste from the pet/animal. Resident must place solid cat litter in a plastic trash bag that is securely tied for disposal. 50 LB weight restriction. Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Mastiff Breeds, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies, full blood or mixed at any percentage, are PROHIBITED, except dogs trained to assist the disabled and active duty canine police officers residing with an active duty law enforcement officer. Resident must bring pet to the office to be photographed prior to bringing pet into apartment home. Proof of updated vaccinations is required prior to move-in of pet. Just moved in and im already loving these apartments. The floor plan is so spacious. I had one minor set back when first moving in left a message for maintenance and it was fixed in less then 25min. Love the staff and the manager Tiana is so helpful and has a wonderful personality. If I had questions or concerns she responded back to me asap.

The Rio apartments has been home for myself and my family for a few years now. There is so many great things I could say about living hear, but it would take me all day to write it. What I will say is, I'm happy to be a resident here at The Rio. You couldn't ask for a better property manager then Tiana. She's always; so nice, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The maintenance men are always on the job and very professional as well. The grounds are always well kept. The rent prices are reasonable and the units are very spacious. The property is family oriented and a Great place to live!
