My wife and I moved here 3 months ago. While no place is perfect, this complex quickly became our most favorite ever. And we've lived in 4 major US cities traveled a lot. Most negative reviews seem to be from eternal ly pessimistic spoiled negative energy people who, if you check, with hardly any, sometimes 1 review ever. They tend to endelessly complelain all the time. Hope they moved out. Good riddance, bad energy. Staff is amazing, responsive, and friendly. Amenities are incredible... Neighbors generally are kind and friendly Great gym, coffee and tea station, game room, breathtaking roof top access, downstairs amazing parking, pool room, jacuzzi, and pool. Everything is modern - decor, appliances, fresh paint nearly throughout. Our only fear is that when people find the true value of this gem of an apt community, they'll jack up the prices now, pretty market reasonable. Thanks to the staff for amazing work and professionalism, even when you encounter incredibly rude, obnoxious, horrible (very few) tenants treating you with disrespect. BTW, it is a very peaceful and quiet community. Good for restful sleep. The Tropicana side is a bit more noisy. Fyi.
