Enjoy access to a large resort-style saltwater swimming pool, a full-size fitness center, a clubhouse with weekly community events, live cable TV, streaming apps, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, a pet spa, and a full in-suite washer and dryer. Free Starbucks signature coffee drinks are also provided. Gated community parking is available, and a work desk and chair can be added at no charge. Inquire about the pet fee, which depends on the length of stay. There is a 2 pet limit. This apartment is centrally located, just a 2-minute walk to Amalie Arena and a 5-minute walk to Riverwalk, Water Street, and all that downtown has to offer. The area is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and some of Tampa Bay's best hospitals. Background screening is required prior to occupation, and felonies of any kind will be denied. Cats and dogs are allowed with restrictions; restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, or any mixed breed that includes one of the listed above. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping), is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 will be charged. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You must be notified 24 hours in advance if you are checking in after 6 PM. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom. Maintenance technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog. Pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
