This recently remodeled, independent guesthouse offers a modern touch with a private entrance and no shared spaces, perfect for couples, solo travelers, business guests, and medical stays. This fully private, independent, and highly sanitized guesthouse/studio features a full-size bed, cable TV, a closet, and a full private bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, single burner, sink, and a dinette area. Complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided, along with starter paper towels/napkins, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a clothing rack dryer. Private driveway parking for one vehicle is available. A 15% discount is offered for monthly stays. This centrally located residential area is a prime spot for exploring the Keys, Everglades, Shark Valley, Brickell/Downtown, beaches, and Wynwood. Enjoy a 5-10 minute walk to shops, grocery stores, malls, restaurants, and bus stops. Coral Reef Park is within walking distance, and The Falls Shopping Mall, Matheson Hammock Park and Marina, Charles Deering Estate, Thalatta Estate, Coconut Grove, and Miami Zoo are a short drive away. Palmetto Golf Course is also within walking distance. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and before 10:00 pm. Check-out is any time before 10:00 am. Guests remaining on premises after 10:00 am will be charged for an additional day/night. This is a drug-free property and neighborhood; smoking of cigarettes is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area. No pets are allowed. Smoking inside the studio/house is prohibited, but permitted outside the front door with the door closed. Guests are asked to dispose of cigarette butts properly. Peer-to-peer and downloads of copyrighted material are strictly forbidden. Guests are not allowed to conduct any business, sales, or services on the property. Guests are asked to treat the home carefully, pick up after themselves, dispose of trash, and follow house rules.
