Ideal for solo travelers or couples looking to unplug and experience the Catskills. Set on 6 private wooded acres, this modern minimalist cabin was designed by Huts NYC. Three sliding glass doors open fully to nature, providing a peaceful, private setting immersed in forest views. Satellite internet is available for light use. One dog is allowed with prior approval and a fee. This tiny home is a short drive to nearby Catskills towns and close to hiking trails, farms, and local dining, with easy access to seasonal activities and nature. Distances to popular activities include Delhi golf at 7.3 miles, Plattekill skiing at 18.8 miles, and Belleayre at 27.3 miles. Distances to nearby towns and villages include Bovina Center at 5 miles (May through October only and with caution as it is a steep dirt road that is closed over the winter), Delhi at 7.3 miles, Andes at 8 to 11 miles, Hobart at 9.7 miles, Stamford at 13.7 miles, Hamden at 15.9 miles, Margaretville at 18 to 24 miles, Oneonta at 22.8 miles, and Cooperstown at 36 miles. A vehicle is necessary, as there is limited or no transportation and taxi services. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially at night, and be respectful of neighbors. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. Daytime visitors require prior approval. No smoking is allowed indoors. This property is on a private well and septic system, so no outdoor hoses, sprinklers, slip and slides, or kiddie pools are permitted. Flush toilet paper only, and please use water conservatively. Located in a rural Catskills setting with active wildlife, insects and occasional rodents are part of the natural environment. Do not leave food or trash outside or unattended indoors. Rural, mountainous roads can be unpredictable, and AWD, FWD, or 4WD is recommended between October and April. All-weather tires with good tread are required, and rear-wheel drive vehicles should be avoided in snow or ice. The driveway is plowed and shoveled every 3–4 inches of snow, and a shovel is provided for guest use. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. There are no changes to check-in or check-out times during holidays or from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
