One dog is allowed with prior approval and a fee. Located just outside the bucolic hamlet of Bloomville, this home offers mountain views and quiet surroundings. It's set near 100+ acres of NYC watershed land for outdoor access and is close to ski resorts, hiking, and biking trails. It is a short drive to Catskills towns, dining, and local shops, with easy access to year-round outdoor activities. Popular restaurant Table on Ten is minutes away, and nearby towns offer additional restaurant choices, most offering local seasonal ingredients. The Catskill Scenic Trail and numerous parks offer hiking and biking. This Delaware County home is only a few hours from NYC, bringing you directly into the heart of the Catskills. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially at night, and be respectful of neighbors. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. Daytime visitors require prior approval. This property is on a private well and septic system, so no outdoor hoses, sprinklers, slip and slides, or kiddie pools are allowed. Flush toilet paper only, and please use water conservatively. This is a rural Catskills setting with active wildlife, and while the home is professionally cleaned and maintained, sightings of ants, insects, or signs of wildlife may occur, especially seasonally. Do not leave food or trash outside or unattended indoors. AWD, FWD, or 4WD is required for winter travel (October–April), as rural, mountainous roads can be unpredictable. All-weather tires with good tread are required, and rear-wheel drive vehicles should be avoided in snow or ice. The driveway is plowed and shoveled every 3–4 inches of snow, and a shovel is provided for guest use. Salt is not provided, so guests are advised to bring some if needed.
