This peaceful retreat is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to reconnect with nature. This cozy cabin features a kitchenette equipped with a one-burner butane camping stove, cookware, dishware, a Bodum pour-over coffee maker, and a Yeti cooler. Enjoy forest views from the dining area. For cooler nights, a Jotul wood stove and a backup space heater provide warmth. Solar-powered lighting ensures ambient illumination, and Wi-Fi is available. This property is pet-friendly, allowing one well-behaved dog with prior approval and a fee. Firewood for the indoor wood stove is provided, but guests must supply their own firewood for the outdoor fire pit, with a $50 fee charged if indoor firewood is used outside. Commercial filming and photography are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. Located in a secluded setting, this cabin offers direct access to hiking and nature trails. It's a short drive to Catskills towns, farms, and dining options. Nearby attractions include Brushland Eating House (3.5 miles), The Andes Hotel (4.5 miles), and various shops and wedding venues. The loft, where the full-size bed is located, has a low ceiling (3 ft) and is accessed by a ladder, making it unsuitable for small children or infants. Guests should be comfortable with off-grid living. There is no cell service at the property; enabling Wi-Fi calling before arrival and saving arrival details in advance is recommended. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation.
