The cabin is designed for simplicity, comfort, and slowing down. This dog-friendly cabin allows one dog with prior approval and a fee. A charcoal grill is available on the renovated deck. Located on a quiet dead-end road, this cabin offers a secluded setting just 15 minutes from Margaretville, Roxbury, Andes, and Bovina, providing easy access to dining, shops, and year-round adventure in the Catskills. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and the guest count must match the reservation. Daytime visitors require prior approval. No smoking is allowed indoors. One dog is allowed with prior approval and an additional fee; no cats are permitted. A vehicle is needed to enjoy the countryside, as Uber or cab service is limited in the area. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. The loft bedroom is accessed via a ladder, and guests should be comfortable climbing. Pond use is at your own risk as the pond is natural and not treated.
