This newly renovated space features a charming kitchenette, a patented memory foam Nest Bed, and a 4K Smart TV with streaming apps installed. Free on-site laundry services are available on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen. If you're traveling by car, the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of New Orleans in the bustling Central Business District (CBD). This dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication. Just a short walk away, you can explore the lively streets of the French Quarter, discover the city’s jazz history, or enjoy world-class cuisine. Nearby attractions include Lafayette Square (0.2 miles), Bourbon Street and Canal Street (0.5 miles), Audubon Aquarium of the Americas (0.7 miles), The National WWII Museum (1.2 miles), Mercedes-Benz Superdome (0.9 miles), and House of Blues (0.6 miles). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $200 penalty, and lost key fobs incur a $200 penalty. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed], and an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
