The living area doubles as a private bedroom, complete with privacy blackout curtains, providing an extra private sleeping space without sacrificing style or comfort. An in-unit washer and dryer with starter detergent are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and chef meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station (with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer), pots, pans, utensils, a knife set, a cutting board, a starter set of plates, bowls, and cups, a blender, a toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Entertainment includes a 55” 4K Smart TV in the living room with access to popular streaming platforms (guests may log in with their own accounts). Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only in the open parking lot. Any additional vehicles will be towed at your expense. Mid-size SUVs or smaller are recommended for parking. No commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans are permitted. Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival; a fee of $19 per night for 1 pet (capped at $200 per stay) or $29 per night for 2 pets (capped at $300 per stay) applies. Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee: 1 hour for $59 and 2 hours for $89. Mid-stay cleaning is available for extended stays for $200, which includes a refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Groups with a primary guest under 21 may request an exception for a one-time $75 fee.
