This newly renovated space features a charming kitchenette, a memory foam Nest Bed, and a 4K Smart TV with streaming apps installed. You can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and free on-site laundry services, located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. If you're traveling by car, be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. Located in the heart of the bustling Central Business District (CBD), this dynamic neighborhood blends historic charm with modern sophistication. Lafayette Square, Bourbon Street and Canal Street, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome and House of Blues are nearby. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds, with an additional pet fee between $100 and $300 based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. No weapons or drugs are allowed.
