Tabor, one of Portland’s most loved and walkable neighborhoods. This ground-level studio offers easy access with no stairs. This thoughtfully equipped space includes a full kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy the convenience of a smart lock entry and on-site shared laundry. A full-size bed with soft linens and blackout curtains ensures a restful stay. Dedicated off-street parking is available. Mt. Tabor and Laurelhurst Park are within minutes, great for jogs or city views. The studio is 0.4 miles from the TriMet MAX station, providing direct lines to downtown and the airport, 0.8 miles from Providence Portland Medical Center, 3 miles from Adventist Health Portland, and 5 miles from Legacy Emmanuel. You'll also find vibrant local food and culture in nearby Hawthorne, Belmont, and Division. Smoking or vaping is allowed outside only, and any instance of smoking inside the unit will result in a minimum charge of $500. All pets must be approved and on the reservation. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets, and guests who do not clean up after their pet will pay a $50 poop clean-up fee. All persons staying overnight must be listed on the booking and have written permission. Children under the age of 13 are not to be left unattended. Guests may not have more than 8 people in the home at any time. For stays of 30 days or more, initial paper and cleaning products are provided, but restocking is the guest's responsibility. Bodily fluid clean-up will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. Please only put toilet paper in the toilet; a $500 plumbing fee will be charged if anything else is discovered in the sewer lines. When temperatures drop below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, guests shall open all cabinets under sinks and turn on heaters in rooms, leaving water in all taps on a slight drip. Guests who fail to follow this rule causing pipes to burst or freeze agree to pay for damages. Guests who do not take trash out on trash day during their stay agree to pay a $50 disposal fee. Please be respectful of neighbors and park only in assigned parking spaces. One cabinet in the TV unit is locked and not accessible to guests, as it is used for owner storage. The studio is situated in a lively urban neighborhood, so you may occasionally hear city sounds, though white noise machines are provided for added comfort.
