The studio is located in a lively urban neighborhood, so occasional city sounds may be heard; white noise machines are provided for added comfort. Smoking or vaping is permitted outdoors only, with a minimum charge of $500 for any instance of smoking inside the unit. Early check-in and late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. Guests who do not clean up after their pet will incur a $50 poop cleanup fee. Overnight guests must be listed on the reservation and require written permission. Children under 13 are not to be left unattended. A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the home at any time. For stays of 30+ days, initial paper products and cleaning products are provided, but guests are responsible for restocking once they run out. Bodily fluid cleanup will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. Only toilet paper should be flushed; other items may incur a $500 plumbing fee. During cold weather (below 32°F), guests must open cabinets under sinks, turn on heaters, and leave water dripping to prevent pipe freezing; failure to do so may result in charges for damages. Trash must be taken out on trash day to avoid a $50 disposal fee. Please be respectful of neighbors and park only in assigned spaces.
