Linens, towels, and bathroom amenities will be provided. The third bedroom is an alcove off of the main bedroom without a door separating the bedrooms. Beacon Hill is regarded as one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the country, famous for its brick sidewalks and stone streets. Venture off on a short walk to the Boston Common and enjoy a picnic in the park, or walk over to the Charles River to watch the boats go by or join the runners on the beautiful path along the water. Beacon Hill is within walking distance of everything that Boston has to offer, including the incredible Italian restaurants in the North End, shopping in Back Bay, Mass General Hospital, and the MBTA. Any guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $20 per night. There is a $250 fine for the use of the security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest.
