Quiet hours are observed after 11 pm. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, with booking cancellation and a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within the first 4 hours of check-in; otherwise, they may be held responsible for repair and replacement costs. An additional fee of $20 per night will be charged for each guest exceeding the number specified in the booking. A $100 deep clean fee may be charged for excessive mess or trash upon check-out. Guests are asked not to wear shoes in the house and to avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, as clogs requiring a plumber will be at the guest's cost.
