Relax in the comfortable living area with a Smart TV, enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning & heating, and take advantage of the in-suite washer & dryer for longer stays. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi is available for streaming, Zoom calls, or remote work. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Child and infant amenities are available upon request at least 72 hours before arrival. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee: $75 total for short stays (1-5 nights), $200 total for medium stays (6-28 nights), and $300 total for long stays (29+ nights). Cats are also welcome with a small additional cleaning fee. This apartment is conveniently located near Downtown and Fair Park, putting you close to nightlife, dining, and local attractions. Spend your days exploring vibrant street art and live music in Deep Ellum (5 min drive / 15 min walk), or catch an event at Fair Park (5 min drive), home to museums and the Cotton Bowl. Downtown Dallas, with its shopping, nightlife, theaters, and arts district, is a 10 min drive away. Enjoy green space at Klyde Warren Park (10 min drive) or take in panoramic city views from Reunion Tower (10 min drive). Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. There is a strict no-smoking policy indoors; smoking is permitted in the backyard, and cigarette butts must be disposed of off the property. A $1000 fine applies for smoking indoors. No parties or social gatherings are allowed; any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests failing to check out by 10 AM will be subject to a $50.00/hour penalty. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately; an undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest.
