The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, and a full closet with hangers. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay. A laundromat is conveniently located right next door to the building. Situated in the heart of downtown Boston's North End, this apartment is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor, and the aquarium. The surrounding neighborhood offers a vibrant atmosphere with a mix of historic charm and modern city life. This is a 2nd-floor walk-up unit with a somewhat steep and narrow staircase, typical for the North End. Air conditioning will be installed as a floor AC unit venting through the window during warmer months. Noise in the bedroom is minimal as it is set in the back of the building. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, with a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Cameras are used in common areas and the exterior of the building for rule verification. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. Late check-out may incur a $50 fee per hour. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within the first 4 hours of check-in. Dishes should be cleaned and left to dry or in the dishwasher, and all trash collected and bagged. Excessive mess or trash upon check-out will result in an additional $100 deep clean fee. Guests are asked not to wear shoes in the house.
