Feel at home in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome in the heart of Brookline Village, offering over 2,000 square feet of furnished living space across the second and third floors of a historic building. Blending classic character with modern comfort, this home features high ceilings, hardwood floors, and central air throughout. The main living level includes an open living room with a sleeper sofa and TV, a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, French doors open to a flexible den or bedroom with a queen Murphy bed, sofa, and large TV, along with a king-size bedroom and a second full bath. A private deck is ideal for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Parking is available for an additional $15 per night and a pack n' play/high top chair is available upon request for $10/night. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee per pet. Located just steps from cafés, bakeries, and neighborhood favorites along Harvard and Washington Streets, the townhome sits approximately 0.1 mile from the MBTA Green Line (D branch). From here, the Longwood Medical Area, Fenway Park, area universities, and downtown Boston are easily accessible. Brookline Village offers a rare balance of calm and connection — a walkable neighborhood with tree-lined streets, local markets, and nearby green spaces like Emerson Garden, Cypress Street Park, and Larz Anderson Park. Please be respectful of neighbors and the neighborhood. This is a great place for large families or groups, but not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. It would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below. Registration Number: C0183730460
