Note that the staircase is somewhat steep and narrow, as is typical for the area. This well-laid-out apartment maximizes space and is perfect for couples and travelers who need an extra sleep space on the fold-out sleeper sofa. There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The brand-newly renovated bathroom includes a stand-up shower. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. Fall in love with the mix of old-world Italy and downtown Boston in this recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, and the rest of Boston. There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door. This apartment is located on a popular street, but the noise in the bedroom is minimal because it is set in the back and the building is towards the more quiet end of this street. Quiet hours are after 10pm. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest. You will be fined a minimum of $500 for smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit. Dishes will be cleaned and left to dry or left clean in the dishwasher. All trash is to be collected and bagged and left in the kitchen. Please don't wear shoes in the house. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). No feminine products, paper towels, tissues, or anything else please.
