Quiet hours are after 10 pm. Any instance of smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in immediate booking cancellation and a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited and will result in a minimum $500 fine plus damages.
