This modern, gated neighborhood features beautifully designed homes and exclusive access to resort-style amenities, including pools, fitness centers, playgrounds, and walking trails. Spectrum at Reunion is ideally situated near I-4 and US-192, providing quick access to Disney Springs, Universal Studios, and Orlando International Airport. You’re also a short drive from top-rated golf courses, restaurants, and grocery stores. Parties are strictly prohibited, and a $1,500 penalty fee will be charged for any violations or reported parties. Free parking is available in front of the Spectrum Resort clubhouse, about a 7-minute walk from the property. For your convenience, you may temporarily park directly in front of the building for up to 15 minutes to unload luggage or pick up/drop off guests. A government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name must be presented at the gate. A maximum of 3 cars per reservation are permitted. No RVs, campers, or trailers are permitted.
