This home boasts two generous living areas, perfect for gathering and relaxing. The large, full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and offers both indoor and outdoor dining options. Enjoy the convenience of a private pool with loungers and a patio that invites you to unwind. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $50 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. One house-trained dog is welcome with prior written notification and host approval, subject to a pet fee and up to a $150 security deposit. Located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, you're steps away from community amenities such as parks, playgrounds, and additional recreational facilities. The resort's family-friendly atmosphere provides easy access to outdoor fun and resort activities. Outside the resort gates, you'll find a variety of dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products is provided. Due to Florida's climate, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please remove shoes indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Includes a free washer/dryer. The home can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests.
